009 Feldbahn project...

This might be a bit of a cryptic start to a project, well nothing new there then, but today I splashed out on a pair of Peco N gauge set-track points...

They didn't last long though - as I attacked them with a knife to remove every other sleeper, the intention they start to appear more like 'Hudson' (or equivalent) ready to lay track used on field railways and temporary construction projects. So what am I up to? All will be revealed soon - for now here is shot showing how it looks with some Peco 009 crazy track, a EuroNG LKM NS2 and some tippers I got on Shapeways last year from Rick Mulder.
