Lyd2 in 009: ready for the off...

It's all here! The Worsley Works kit, the parts from Stuart Brewer and the bits from KBscale so we're ready for the off, so to speak.
The chassis etch and parts from Stuart look great - a nice decent thick nickel silver should make assembly straight forward and rigid, the only bits to follow will be some plastic flycranks for the extended axles.
The various bits from KBscale are very nicely packaged and reasonably priced. The wheels are 10mm discs, usually used on wagons, on simple 2mm axles. I went for a small motor and flywheel combination, hopefully for smooth running.
This will be the first COMPLETE etched kit and chassis (complete as in not running on a RTR N-gauge chassis, as the kit itself is a mix of various suppliers parts) that I have put together and I'm a little apprehensive. A few clarifying emails to Stuart and Allen at Worsley Works to confirm the best order to put the chassis and body (respectively) together will probably ease those nerves.

I also have the wheels and bearings to finish the Boston Largs Works DZ wagons now too!
