Ruston 50DL in 009...

So now the O&K is about to be released thoughts turn to the other product I discussed  with Tim last October at ExpoNG...

This is a slightly re proportioned Ruston. To fit the Minitrains Gmeinder chassis I have had to push the cab rear back a little and raise it a touch but the Sketchup (which is just a proof of concept) shows enough promise for me to draw this up properly now. More soon...

UPDATE: This project is now on hold - the excellent Brian Madge 48DL is a very useful (and cheaper) alternative and the 3D printed body would stand too tall on the Gmeinder chassis. The hunt for a UK outline diesel suitable for this chassis continues!
