A Schoema named Saxon...
Well it 's been sometime since I updated this blog, but I have been awfully busy with a new baby and my G scale modelling (http://ejklr.blogspot.com). In the meantime I have been waiting to finish off my Worsley Works (http://www.worsleyworks.co.uk) Isle of Man railway Schoema kit.
I had some etched plates drawn up as a custom job by Steve at Narrow Planet (http://www.narrowplanet.co.uk). He offers a fabulous service but because these were on Nickel Silver rather than the usual brass, they were at the back of a long list.
They arrived today and they are superb, so fine and well worth the wait. Saxon is now finished, only waiting for an 009 layout to run on!
