LKM V10C in 009: chassis testing...
Well it may not look like much but I'ce done a bit more work on the V10C this evening...
The second step was painting the chassis. This is Humbrol satin red and the cranks have had a second coat of Humbrol satin black. I have since given it a test run on a short section on Bejsu Reka (as it's not fully wired up yet!!) and running is greatly improved and hopefully will improve more with some proper running in. More soon (when the body should be blue!)...
What you can't see is the weight added inside the bonnet. This is lead strip and there is just enough room for two strips, one either side, and still squeeze the motor in!
