Sand Hutton Hunslet in 009: boiler...

The boiler is about 1.5mm over length, and is still 1mm short of the cylinders, my plan is to move the smokebox back a touch from the cylinders and compensate in the front buffer beam. It looks ok to my eye. I've turned down some plastic tube to the right diameter for the sand boxes and these are glued on - the dome is proving more tricky - I may see if I can get a friend to turn one for me...

The side view shows some promise now. The etch artwork should go to the etchers next week and will include works plates, number plates and spectacle frames. More soon...
