Deliberately Denton Road…
Details that don’t jump out but instead draw the eye, they reward slow and deliberate enjoyment of the model (or photograph of such). Balance in composition is the hand of an artist…
Be deliberate in your modelling, treat the layout as a canvas and practice restraint. Enjoy telling stories and guiding through the scene by considering every element placed or omitted. Until next time, more soon…
Details placement and colour - Denton Road is a tiny layout, much the same really as Lochdubh or Wrecsam. Largely a neutral palette with muted rather than primary shades - the touches then help you move within the scene without being overwhelmed with stimulation.
From the yellow DMU front, through the red Fiesta to the grotty bins and rubbish below the viaduct.
