Polish LAS in 009: etched bits arrive...

I designed some etched components to ensure I could finish the LAS to a high standard...

They came back from the etchers this week and they looked great but this evening I've had a chance to fit them. The window frames are the same design as the O+K I've developed for Narrow Planet but the roof is the first time I've designed in curves by half etched lines. I think it looks great and they fit perfectly. What is not obvious in the photos is how small and cute this loco is in 009, yes it's bigger than a Festiniog loco or a quarry Hunslet but compared to a Vale of Rheidol or Lynton and Barnstable tank it's teeny!
