Down on Beaverbrook: Peace and saviours…

Here, on Beaverbrook, I find peace. A moment to recognise, kindly acknowledge physical and emotional symptoms whilst pacing around the layout…

Remembering where switching had been paused, maybe just enjoying a glimpse of the train at eye level. A moment longer and contemplating a new project or just what move is next. Already my pulse is calming and a glimmer of light, to be able to return to normal life or linger a moment longer and run a train.

Down on Beaverbrook. Until next time, more soon…

  1. Hi James. I think Beaverbrook is great and deserves a comprehensive stand-alone article. It's up there with Paxton Road in proving less is more.

  2. Hi James

Beaverbrook is always joy to see. The ability to get in close makes for some great photos.

Although my shortline /logging layout is bigger, it is always there at a flick of a switch - I imagine like Beaverbrook- and I can pick up switching for as long as I need to refresh, the mind in another place of my dreams and memories

    Best regards
    Alan
