A PX48 in 009?

The Polish general purpose narrow gauge steam engine, known as the PX48, was built in large numbers for the 750 and 1000mm lines in Poland after the war. It is an imposing beast and somehow quite tough but well proportioned.
I have had a thing about these distinctive locomotives for some time and have even considered building one in G scale at one point. Having recently aquired a second hand N gauge Bachmann Spectrum Consolidation though, and noticing the wheel diameter looked spot on for a model I have measured it up properly. Unfortunately the wheelbase is a touch short but the wheel diameter is perfect.

Richard Ellis Hobbs has rescaled his 3D artwork on Shapeways to offer this now in TT and 4mm scale, so I think there is enough promise here for this to be a goer.
