On video: Beaverbrook switching session…

It has been a while, I admit, but it was rather lovely to find myself back on Beaverbrook at the end of last week, switching with one of my older models, the TerraTransport green U18B…

The Intermountain model runs beautifully, I found myself thinking it would be nice to share this with you all… so I did. Nothing special, no gimmicks, a low-fi but heartfelt story telling in video form, amd twenty minutes to spend on yourself, rather than the demands of real life!

Until next time, more soon…

    1. Thanks Ian. It's interesting, these videos used to do well on YouTube but recently I've noticed any videographic efforts of mine just don't get any traction (excuse the pun) so I've been reticent about putting the effort into making them - they're a lot more involved than just writing on the blog.

Good to hear from you, hope all is well.

  2. Morning James. Most enjoyable watching Beaverbrook switching yesterday. I was always an EMD fan back in the day but I did end up with a Bachmann B23-7 in the fleet.
    Take care

    1. Thanks Tom. I read a really interesting article on why they sound different, the other day - anyhow, I suppose as well as sounding good, and different, the baby U-boat was mainly bought because it was short!
