On Video: Just a shelf...

Beaverbrook can spend several weeks slumbering, then wake up and provide a wonderful escape from the day, a place to calm my mind and settle back into my body...

Last night was one of those moments and as the FDL prime mover burst to life in the U23B I could feel the weight on my shoulders release and strangely, settle back into my shoes, feeling more grounded. Breathing settle, mind focuses on the task in hand - creatively filming the operation adds another pleasant muse to the process and today, editing the footage I have a secondhand benefit of being transported back to that moment where I found myself again - finding myself finding myself. Strange.

Anyhow - nearly half an hour this one, so cast it to the TV and grab a coffee. Its a lazy one with realistic pauses for the crew to uncouple/couple and make the switches, I find this sort of thing very relaxing - if it's not for you then enjoy your Sunday, whatever you're up to and normal service will resume tomorrow. Until next time, more soon...

(Apologies to anyone who visited earlier today when the video wasn't working - it is fixed now).
