Sand Hutton Hunslet in 009: detail painting...

The Sand Hutton Hunslet took a big step forward to tonight as I added glazing, touched up the details and began weathering...
 
The name plates have also been fitted and the bucket temporarily hung on the smokebox. It has had a dry rushing if gun metal but now needs a gently wash of grime and then airbrushed soot. These photos have been faded on the iPhone because I just can't capture the colours inside under artificial light! More soon...
