Compendium again…

It has arrived. In fact, more, the majority are in the mail out to you all. Taking a moment on Monday with my own copy, fresh from the courier, with my coffee and dog, a chance to reflect…

I was curious, the excitement of its imminent delivery fuelled my morning, and then, in my hand wonderful to see my words, feelings, ideas and work captured and translated again to this form. Favourite pieces and thoughtful prose weave their magic, each spread is a different story. The pace of page turning becomes slower as I recognise that mindful space that becoming ‘unplugged’ takes me - and all the better for it. Days later I’m still opening and enjoying stories at random. Frequently I pause on page 3 as I pick it up and flick through, not for the girls of old but a pin up of a different nature.

The first of my customers should receive their copies today bringing with it for me a second wave of excitement, of anticipation to read their thoughts and feelings. Every copy is spoken for, this was a one time limited print run completed to order. Compendium 2 is finished just as the first. Will a third follow? Time will tell, but for now, until next time, more soon…

  1. Excited to read the Compendium. Interestingly different, changing emphases each publication. Please include me on any future subscriber lists. I love the quality and relish the only true format for the written word. My wife taught at a new secondary school which opened with no provision for a library and parents did not protest. Keep the faith. Thank you, Charles.

    1. Thank you Charles. Only one error I’ve found this time, yet by employing a proof reader I’d risk loosing the honesty… I’m glad you’ve enjoyed it and thank you for the support.
