A few things for sale…

Either through product development, or just for personal reasons I do buy a large number of models and on occasion I just need to clear the decks…

These are models I have re-worked and refinished over the years, loved, and have photographed here on the blog. Many have featured in videos and magazines, or acted as prototypes for Planet Industrial kits. The prices include insured postage, contact me using the form on the menu if you're interested in any of the models shared here, once sold I will mark them as such. Thank you for looking.



Hornby B2 Peckett ‘Bronwen’ £160
Custom finished, resprayed and weathered. Dark green with wasp striped buffer beams, DC model, fitted with 3 link couplings, etched works plates, crew figure, coal in the bunker, oil cans and buckets on the footplate, Bronwen etched custom nameplates and lightly weathered. Great performer.




DJM Austerity £130
Custom finished, resprayed and weathered. DC model with 3 link couplings fitted. Real coal load, crew figure, oil cans on footplate. Weathered to reflect a working machine in later life. Mid green with red buffer beams. Good smooth slow runner.




Hornby 0-4-0 rod drive Sentinel £120
Custom finished, prototype of Planet Industrials conversion kit, resprayed and weathered. Fitted with compressor cabinet on one side and etched handrails on the other side. Lightly weathered. Fitted with 3 link couplings. Mid green, yellow lettering with red and white wasp striping on the buffer beam. DC model re-motored with high quality coreless motor and flywheel, greatly improving performance. 




Planet Industrials Hibberd Planet £110
Prototype 'shunter step' model, fitted with Kadee couplings in NEM mounts. Orange livery with yellow and black wasp striped buffer beams and NCB markings. Lightly weathered. DC and fitted with Tenshodo motor bogie, which runs smoothly but is not the slowest performer!




Oxford / GVH Janus ‘Idris’ £110
My first industrial ready to run model, custom finished and repainted. DC, 3 link couplings. Buffer beams filled and repainted with wasp stripes. Etched works plates and custom 'IDRIS' name plates. Lightly weathered, to represent a hard working machine. Smooth and quiet slow running.
