Commission: Dolgoch in 009…

What is this - another Dolgoch? Yes, the wonderful Fourdees model graces the bench again - this time, turned out in green…

This was a complete source and build commission - I bought the donor model, kit, parts and Modelu figures and assembled them into the finished example you see here. I continue to enjoy working with Dan’s well designed kits and the parts from Light Railway Stores and Modelu are a delight to finish.

This particular example features inverted corners to the lining and custom etched brass plates. A final coat of satin lacquer protects all of this (before glazing is fitted) to ensure this finish remains for many years to come.
