A moment to reflect…
Welcome to just another day. Each morning I wake and decide what to write about here - not always easy but balanced by the feeling of routine, today finds me with little new to share…
Whilst others may bemoan the pressure of creating content and the mental strain (or drain) I find it all part of the same thing - and a positive at that. Sharing things with you all is never a chore, it’s a natural pause in the making to reflect upon the made. Curated and described in words, itself a practice of sorts.
Today finds us without any new shiny things to look at - instead a moment to enjoy the recent - and somewhat forgotten efforts on Coalbridge Street. This slice of 1973 was pushed over the line for the book launch exhibition and hasn’t seen much operation since - this is a shame, because it continues to be a rather wonderful place to visit - as shown here… and in my recent video (which I’ve shared before but will link again)…
So rest assured that despite a rehash of the old today I keep moving forwards. The shunter for Penpont is now ready for weathering and commissions are making good progress so more will follow. For now, enjoy, as I did, a moment in New England. Until next time, more soon…
