On Flickr: My Canadian adventures...
This year I bought a cheap slide scanner. I wanted to digitise some of my memories from trips to Canada I made in 1999 and 2001 where I still used a film based SLR...
The intent was to be able to share some of these photographs with you all from time to time, and where I have done that on occasion in my 'memories' posts they were actually 'scanned' using a snap shot over a light source rather than a proper scanner. I have re-scanned these images, and more, and collected them together on my Flickr pages, and have linked the relevant albums below.
White Pass and Yukon 1999 (https://flic.kr/s/aHsmXfuSr4) |
Alberta and British Columbia, 1999 (https://flic.kr/s/aHsmXfAarS) |
Newfoundland 2001 (https://flic.kr/s/aHsmXknSpG) |
I hope you enjoy taking a flick through these collections. They have energised and informed my own modelling through the years. My encounter with 802 at Trinity Loop will mean that ONE DAY I will build a model of her, and the WP&Y experience led to my own model in TT scale. In the meantime though, more soon...
