Forgotten treasure…

Whilst digging through some of Dad’s old books whilst at Mum’s last week as she’s having a clear out I found these old gems and had to give them a new home…

Despite their age they’ve been well stored and looked after, the Roger’s Pass project must have been a freebie at the time, and is now of some historical interest. The Field Guide will be of use when modelling trees as it’s got some good photos and descriptions despite being black and white!

You never know quite what you’ll find when looking though old books, and I was really pleased with these and keeping them in the family is a nice continuation of their own history. Until next time, more soon…
