Midday McRat…
Friend and customer David stopped in today with his son, and we used the train as a backdrop to talking past and future projects…
The Llangollen Railway seemed really busy with a good chunk of the train reserved for coach tours today. We managed a compartment both ways though, and it was lovely to hear the Sulzer of our McRat burbling away with the window open. Sausage roll and a pastie for lunch felt very 1980s rail tour, ice cream at Carrog less so! All in all a lovely few hours in the sun shine and lots of exciting projects discussed and next steps planned. I hope you’re enjoying some railway related relaxation this weekend, until next time, more soon…
