The Dyfrdwy Slate Company slab wagons needed returning to the quarry, having been down at the Wharf for repairs…

Here, the Hudson Hunslet and brake van are about to head off from the Wharf. The greenery is looking really lush! I’ve been doing some pruning and tidying up…

…before arriving at the quarry, which is still awaiting the transformational work I’d described earlier this year! I’ve just been too busy, unfortunately…
However even without trains, the tramway is a wonderfully real part of the garden. If you’ve got the space, I’d encourage you all to consider building one, it doesn’t need to be long, or circular… but it’s a great hobby to see your work maturing through the seasons… more soon…
