Hilton and Mears: Salt at Claremont Junction…
I know the Beaverbrook track plan but this scene felt like I am looking at a runaround like at Claremont Junction…
“They dropped three of the hoppers we were expecting today so we warmed up the coffee in our cups and the Cat’s in 1220 and spent the morning push-pulling salt into the yard. Hard to imagine, on a warm, even if overcast, morning like it is what we’d ever need salt for but there’s this haunting feeling we’re closer to being reminded than forgotten.”
Today’s post is brought to you by Hilton and Mears. Modelling by James, words by Chris and imagination a joint construct. If you’ve enjoyed today’s post then we’ve created a whole lot more over the years, use the ‘Hilton and Mears’ label to find it all… until next time, more soon…
