In shadow…
I took this photo in September. I’d forgotten about it…
I had noticed my shadow and its interplay with the railway infrastructure and I liked how it captured more of me than a self portrait.
I become part of the railway just as the railway is part of me.
Shiny rail heads polished through regular use yet the supporting structure wears the layers of life that have taken us here.
Overlooked but important.
For are we not a product of our experience?
From this dirty reality spring new ideas and new life, the green shoots of creativity.
The wheels continue to roll.
Life goes on.
Until next time, more soon…
